Agenda and Meeting Room Number for Poker TDA Summit VI, June 26-27, 2013

TDA Summit VI will be held in San Polo 3401A&B-3404 at the Venetian.

Below is the tentative agenda for Poker TDA Summit VI. Please check back as the agenda is likely to have some revision over the next few weeks.

Note that registration opens on Day 1 at 9am and the meeting will be called to order promptly at 945am.

DAY 1: June 26th

9:00-9:45am: Registration. Also *1
9:45am: TDA Summit VI called to order. Welcome, opening remarks, intro of sponsors and TDA Board
10:00am: Begin discussion & voting on current TDA rules
12:30p: Lunch break. Also *1

1:30p: Meeting reconvenes. Group photos.
1:45p: Introduction of Global Poker Index, the Poker Ranking Authority
2:00p: Final discussion & voting on current TDA rules
2:30p: Begin discussion & voting on proposed new rules and procedures
4:30p: Day 1 adjourns. Also *1
5:30p: TDA Tournament. Shuffle up and deal Level 1 at 5:30pm. See details at *1 below

DAY 2: June 27th

10:00am: Day 2 called to order
10:00-12:00pm: Continuing discussion & voting on proposed new rules
12:00 noon: Introduction of Genesis Gaming, the World Leader in Poker Room & Pit Management Systems
12:15-1:00pm: Snack lunch break

1:00-2:30pm: Resume discussion & voting on outstanding rules issues
2:30-3:00pm: Final discussion & voting on any remaining rules business
3:00pm-4:30pm: Boost Your Business: How to improve your tournaments and attract & retain more players; input & networking with the world's top tournament directors.
This segment will also include a detailed presentation by the Global Poker Index

*1: Great time to pre-register for the TDA Tournament to be held Day 1 at 5:30pm. The tournament is hosted by the Venetian, one of the most opulent and popular poker venues in the world. This event is optional with a $125 buy-in which includes a $10 food comp at the Venetian. Buy-in closes at end of Level 2 of play. Players must obtain a Venetian Players Card prior to registration for the tournament.
