Home Poker Tourney is one of the best grass-roots and un-biased poker portals out there with a wealth of information on alot of topics: Poker rules, Structuring tournaments, Cards / Chips / Tables and other equipment, alot of tools for running tournaments, a very active forum, etc. etc.

Alot of work has gone into that site over the years and it's a highly recommended resource.
